Son's Visit with his Father

My stbx-husband thinks he's Santa Claus. Every visit my son leaves with Toys and this is frustrating because he's not paying child support and the though of him spending his money on toys is very frustrating. My mother never accepts the toys, unless they are "gifts" like at Christmas, and yet every visit he keeps doing it.

Friday I meet with the SW for our monthly check in and this is one of the things I want to discuss aside form our Visitation we will set up for after this case is discharged.
