Court Today!

I have court today with my EX Husband and his supervised visitation! I'm looking forward to something more permanent and ironed down than the very vauge terminology on our existing order.

I talked to him at great length recently and expressed my feelings about him. How I don't hate him but that I am tired of watching him pick himself up only to fall. I recommended counseling and told him how it made a difference in my life. What I see for him is that he does the same things over and over expecting these different results and till he does something different and digs deep and really heals, he probably will never "get it!"

He listed but I have no clue if its something he will ever investigate. Its really non of my business.

Also, my DD's dad hasn't called nor has anyone but grandma (on the 30th) to check about the staples on her head. They dropped her off on July 6th and never called. Her dad has never called. I even bought her a cell phone so they could call her and they don't.
