Update on Visitation for EX and DD's Dad

VISITATION w/ EX:

I won the right to get away from supervised visitation. He's working with me and not giving me any flack. We have the paperwork from the Supervising Center and we will be filling that out and setting up something. I hope to mail it by next Friday!

He calls about 2x a week. I told him he could call more but he chooses not to for whatever reason. He returned to full work on Monday the 21st so I should begin to see full support from him soon. He has three classes coming up in Sept/Nov and that is the sticky time when he seems to go AWOL. If he does this again and goes away, I am going to fully suspend all communication with him until he demonstrates such sobriety and responsibility that I have no compelling reason to protect my son. I am not going to curse this, and only hope for him to be his best. If that's a drug addict in jail, then I guess that's his best!

DD'S DAD:
LOSER! I understand he's using meth. He has not called at all in more than 3-4 months. Since the last time that he talked to her, around the time she got stitches in her head, he has never ever called to check on her, ask about her summer or to find out about her new school. I am however getting what looks like a disability contribution to child support. I have no clue otherwise what is going on with him. Its reported that he is drinking and they think doing drugs. He disappears from his grandpa's house where he lives for days on end and comes home and sleeps. Yeah, sounds like meth. And if he has an "income" from the state then they are going to support his habit till he either goes to jail, kills himself or the claim stops. Its sad and angers me but it is what it is! I've decided with him there will be no christmas at his house this Christmas or with his family. We are simply busy and they are going to get an EARFUL from me if they make this out to be about me. This isn't about me. This is about them and their carelessness.......yeah, I'm still not over not being called during a medical emergency for my daughter!
