Expenses Due and Arrears on the books!

I called dd's dad at 11am - he sounded as if he was sleeping. Asked for his address - he was quiet. Got it and told him i was mailing him expenses that he owes me because I don't want to hand this to him or affect his visitation.

I'm asking for $1540.56 to be paid directly to me and indicated that any money paid to child support goes for support/arrears. Anything to me, goes to the fifteen hundred he owes me for uninsured medical bills/premiums and dental exams.

I'm going to mail this midmonth - every month!
